This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through lundrea.com. Lundrea currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Order processing and shipment estimates

Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Any processing, shipment, or delivery estimate shown on a product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation, or in a shipping confirmation is an estimate based on information available at that time. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

We maintain a reasonable basis for any shipment time we state. If no shipment period is stated, we intend to ship a properly completed order within 30 days, as required by applicable U.S. law. A properly completed order includes successful payment authorization and the information reasonably necessary to process and ship the order.

Unexpected delays

Inventory changes, carrier disruptions, severe weather, address issues, peak demand, security review, or other circumstances may delay fulfillment. If we learn that we cannot ship within the time promised—or within the legally applicable period when no time was promised—we will provide a delay notice and, where required, offer the option to consent to the revised shipment date or cancel for a full and prompt refund. We may cancel and refund an order that we cannot fulfill.

Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping charges, available service levels, discounts, and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before you submit payment. We do not add undisclosed mandatory shipping charges after checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or other contact method provided with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created. A label-created status does not necessarily mean the carrier has taken possession of the package.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected service expressly states otherwise. Lundrea is not responsible for delays caused solely by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with reasonable delivery inquiries.

Address accuracy

Please review your name, delivery address, apartment or unit number, and contact information before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

Split shipments

Items in one order may ship separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we divide an order into multiple packages.

Missing, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, the package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, contact us at huaxianyi.yc@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and any carrier delivery notice. We may ask for photographs, confirmation of the shipping address, or cooperation with a carrier investigation. Available remedies depend on the facts, carrier findings, and applicable law.

Refused and unclaimed deliveries

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address may be treated as a return after they arrive and are inspected. Original and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund when permitted by law, unless the issue resulted from our error.

We want you to feel confident ordering from Lundrea. This Refund Policy explains when products may be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded. It applies to purchases made directly through lundrea.com.

30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks your order as delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use, and returned with all original components, accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging.

Before sending anything back, contact us at huaxianyi.yc@gmail.com or through our Contact page. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-use products cannot be returned for a change of mind. This includes sleep masks, aromatherapy or botanical inserts, pillow covers, lumbar or neck pillows, and similar products that have been worn, placed against the face or body, washed, or removed from sealed hygiene packaging. These restrictions do not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or if applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing components, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible—preferably within 7 days of delivery—so we can evaluate the issue. We may request clear photos or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage. When the issue is confirmed, Lundrea will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, a refund, or another remedy required by law. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is required.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved return that is not caused by our error or a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss or damage occurring during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the receipt. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior written approval;

• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive or personal-use items, as described above;

• Items that have been washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing components or original packaging;

• Gift cards, promotional gifts, or items clearly marked final sale, except where required by law;

• Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace.

Exchanges

Availability can change quickly. The most reliable way to obtain a different item or variant is to request a return, wait for approval, and place a new order. If your order arrived incorrect or defective, contact us before placing another order so we can determine the appropriate remedy.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or fulfillment has started. If the order has already shipped, the applicable return rules will apply.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed approval, contact us.

If an order is canceled because we cannot ship within the promised or legally permitted time, we will issue a full and prompt refund as required by applicable law.

This policy does not exclude or limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
